We are still open for business and operating as usual, with restocks every week on Friday evenings. That said we have a very limited amount of stock this year as the growing season was not ideal, so we have generally been selling out within 24 hours of the weekly restock.
Temporary unavailability of 0.5 kg and 1.0 kg Value Packs. For this season we will not have supply of the smaller Value Packs as we are processing a more limited supply each week for dispatch. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Otherwise, we are processing orders as usual. If there is an issue with delivery of your order please reach out to us and let us know.
Please note: As we are able to process a limited amount of orders each week, we have put a cap on the amount of orders that we will sell in any week, in an attempt to clear our queue by Friday. Towards that end, when needed, we will re-stock the store with inventory every weekend, on Friday or Saturday evenings, UK time.
Based on when your order was placed it may be higher up or further down on our queue, but if you receive a confirmation email from our store you can rest assured that your order will be dispatched at some point during the week and you will receive an email with tracking information once it is dispatched.
